about us...
we have had the honor and privilege of birthing many new ministries over the last 134 years. some have been exhilarating while others painful. all in all, just like going though the stages of pregnancy. enriching and memorable for all those involved.

this is a general over view...
we started out, 134 years ago, as a few people who were driven to pioneer and establish a place in the flint township, michigan area, where people could come together to meet each other's needs and the needs of their surrounding communities.

she was know at first as the west flint society and was considered the foremost society in the conference.

about thirty years later, she became very depleted due to deaths and many moving away.

upon quieting herself and with a few new people dedicating themselves to her cause, she was resurrected onto a stronger foundation then before.

in the late 1920's, she up dated her name to, flint, bethel park.

with her camp meetings and community outreach she lead the way in flint's biggest revival in the 1940's.

in the early 1950's she incorporated herself as bethel park free methodist church.

in the 1970's another revival occurred this time lead by the youth.

recent ministries birthed were:
tim's worldwide tribal ministry, eddie's ministry, junior's ministry,
amanda and jeff's ministry, freddie's, matt's, will's,
chance's ministries...

and now in the spring of 2010; with great painful prayer,
deep sorrows, and the lost of many - once again, with a peace that passes all understanding - the last few of us, in bold faith, have closed the doors to the long standing Bethel Park 6040 Corunna Road Flint location - as a seed, to open and embrace Bethel Park's Newest and Greatest Calling Ever - her first love.
